At those kind of blood sugar levels ket is telling you to test your blood ketone levels if you are able to, vital if your type 1 and/ or on insulin. Keep your fluids up, take care

If it is Blood Glucose, then 24.6 is extremely high, i.e. dangerously high..... "Ket" might mean Diabetic Ketoacedosis (DKA for short), luckily T2's don't get DKA unless something is very wrong.
I'd suggest retesting (thoroughly washing your hands first) & if your levels are still that high then a trip to A&E would be in order.
What model of blood glucose meter do you have? If it's a Freestyle Optium, it can test for ketones in blood, using different strips to the ones used to test for blood glucose. If a high blood glucose level is recorded, then the machine prompts you to test for ketones too.
