I was wondering what people drink, especially low/no carb - not booze.

Here is what I drink atm
I am doing crazy low carbs so mostly drinking water but can be boring😱.
I drink white coffee so that is about 3g carbs so trying to keep only around meal times.
Started drinking Bovril and that is only 2g carbs.

I have cream in my coffee so less carbs and tastes better.
I dilute low carb drinks like diet cola or diet bitter lemon with water when I want something more than a slice of lemon or a lemon balm sprig in my water. I started off having 2/3 cola and 1/3 water and gradually increased the percentage of water, so I now have a 1/4 to 1/3 cola or bitter lemon and mostly water.... I had a glass of undiluted diet coke whilst out for a birthday celebration with a friend yesterday and it now tastes ridiculously sweet. A couple of crushed berries in a glass of water also imparts a nice amount of flavour. Even a slice of cucumber. It is surprising how much more sensitive your taste buds become when you stop drinking highly flavoured/sweetened drinks.

day to day it's just
5-6 pints of water
4-5 cups of coffee made with unsweetened almond milk as it contains no carbs
glass of unsweetened almond milk if I feel like it
and as a treat at Christmas & New Year I drink this - https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/301184199 I could drink it more often but after having still drinks for too long I am no longer keen on the fizzy feeling lol
xx

Usually it would be one of...

Coffee/tea/rooibos
Sugar free orange and barley
Diet coke
Diet lemonade
Water

A mug of coffee with cream
Sometimes I have another mug of coffee with milk
Sparkling water
Coke Zero
Water

Mostly water, about 4 pints a day.
Peppermint and licorice tea (an acquired taste!), every day.
Rooibos tea, occasionally when I feel like it.
Vast quantities of red grape juice which I keep for whenever I'm hypo (much too often), & is otherwise completely unsuitable for diabetics.

I stick to water,I forget to drink enough though, but today I have made a much better effort and have had 4 pints and feel much better for it,I have felt less tired
