What a night

Completely unexpected 22.1 at 10am so seven units of Humalog (my BGs usually only rise very slowly after dinner due to the gastroparesis so this was completely unexpected)

Decide to check at 1pm 23.2😱 aaggghh Another 7 units of Humalog
so why am I typing at 4.30am...............because it's now 2.6.....but I'm still smiling because it's Sunday so I can have a nice lie in to recover

Thank you everyone. can tell I was hypo when I originally wrote this because I got an am and pm round the wrong way. It's really bizarre because my BG was fine before dinner. I'm just wondering if stopping the Lansoprazole means that my tummy is digesting food in a different way didn't wake up until 930 and don't feel too bad apart from a headache...........but it does sound like the excuse that I need to relax and watch the tennis perhaps with a glass of champagne
