I've eaten 3. My stomach is making some very strange noises. I'm saying no more. 😱

Usually the effect diabetic Thortons choccy has on me,now ive learnt to not buy it cause it causes all sorts of trouble.

I managed to eat a whole bag in one sitting when they were on offer in Tescos. I tried to tell myself that it was okay as they were sugar free :D

I didn't have any dodgy tummy effects, but I did feel a bit guilty as generally speaking I've been pretty good since diagnosis...

I try to avoid things that say they are sugar free in the sweet department as the alternatives are often xylotol and sorbitol. My tummy does strange things anyway and I don't want to make matters worse...

I bought some a few weeks ago and limit myself to 1 a day, so far so good but I do wonder if it's worth the bother! If I'm going to only have one a day, why not have a real one!! But that feels naughty! I hate artificial sweeteners.
