Hello lovelies ,
Went to my nurse this morning , she is super super happy with my progress especially with my weight , diet and exercise she’s saying I’m “smashing it”. Im flat weighing 79kg I would love to loose more if I can . My nurse opened up my Telehealth information that my specialist sent to my doctor in front of me , with a quick glance it looks like my specialist thinks I’m type 2 aswell but we shall see with tests . My nurse did ask what was worrying me and I said the fact I need a needle to do a 1 a week injection for the loosing weight and lowering blood sugars , you guys did say what it was called , one starts with O and the other starts with E . Appranetly if I have the needle shot it goes straight through (slow release ) if I took the tablets it goes up and down in waves and appranetly the insulin needle is super paper thin , is that correct??? , reason why I’m terrified of needles is because of a bad expirence when I was a kid and til this day I’m still terrified. I just have to keep doing what I am doing and hopefully everything else will fall into place . When I see my doctor Tuesday she will explain everything that the specialist had wrote to her and to organise the tests that will hopefully finally tell me what I am either 1 or 2 . I told nurse what the naughty meal I had Tuesday and she said yeah what did you do and I said I had a sausage roll without pastry and a latte coffee with almond milk but no sugar and she laughed and said is that what you call your naughty I said yeah and she said it’s all good , you need to fit that into your lifestyle so you don’t binge eat . Anyways I’m hoping this test results are accurate and I won’t get misdiagnosed. Hopefully my glucose machine pops up aswell so I can test myself . I also told my nurse also that the specialist must of missed heard what I said cause she asked how many mgs of metrofirm I’m taking and I said 1 tablet slow release at 500mg but for some reason thought I said 1000mg and my nurse gave a type of ehhhh type grumble at the specialist mishearing me and appranetly she also said I should be taking 1 in the morning and 1 at night , where I’m taking 1 at night . If I took one in the morning would that make the side effects come back ??? Since I take it at night . Don’t worry I’m not taking 2 unless my doctor tells me to , I’m taking 1 . She also had a medical interen trainee person with her and he was doing a study for an assignment and asked questions , I didn’t mind , appranetly though he said that Appranetly they haven’t heard anyone that is right into there medical diagnose/ doing something about it before . Like I told him I prefer to know what I’m dealing with and how to help my situation to gain control . . Sorry for the long story .
