There are an estimated 500,000 people in Wales who live with a neurological condition who will be affected by the Welsh Government's plan.

Thousands of people affected by neurological conditions will be able to receive high-quality, person-centred care, according to plans being put to public consultation today.

The Welsh Government?s neurological condition delivery plan outlines the expectations on the NHS to deliver the best quality care for the estimated 500,000 patients in Wales who live with a neurological condition.

The plan focuses on creating partnerships between Welsh Government, the NHS, local authorities and the third sector to support people living with conditions such as epilepsy, Parkinson?s disease, multiple sclerosis and muscular dystrophy.
