My standard breakfast every morning is homemade grain-free granola with Greek yoghurt, which I usually have with Tesco's own-brand stuff.

Today I took a closer look at the packs and saw that the fat-free stuff has pretty much the same carb count as the full fat stuff (unlike the 'low-fat' one, which has double the carbs), so I thought I'd give it a go as hey, no-one really needs extra calories, right?

BIG MISTAKE.

The fat-free stuff is disgusting, more like whipped feta - really salty and definitely not what I want with my coconut! Back to the real stuff tomorrow and lesson learned.

That sounds IMG_0139.GIF I guess you won't be making that mistake again

@DeusXM. Can I have your granola recipe please?
