Only had my Diabetic Retinopathy Screening on Tuesday, told the results would be up to 3 weeks, well they have just arrived. I think this a record for me in over 10 years of having the screening through the screening service.
The result is Normal. Not a word usually used to describe me though!

Usually i'm told the same 3 weeks but never waited more then a week.Pleased the results were normal.

That's good news grovesy. And very good service too 🙂

Yeah it is. I am sure she took a few more pictures this year too. I don't think i have waited the full 3 weeks but 1-2 is more normal.

The waiting is the worst part grovesy - so very pleased for you that your eye screening result came through quickly and that it was normal. I guess you must feel very proud of yourself & rightly so. x

It's brilliant - now if anyone so much as infers that you are acting/speaking/thinking differently to most - you have proof in black and white - that it's you that's normal and all the others who are weird.

Same as needing a brain scan - fancy them having to go to all that expense and trouble just to prove a person has one? You'd have thought they'd have invented something less involved by now wouldn't you?
