Since yesterday I've got a weird thing going on in my left thigh. Periodically it feels like it's either twinging/bubbling. It's not painful, and other then being noticeable it's not too bad.

The only thing I've changed is that I brought new shoes on the weekend and these give a bit more support around the ankles and are thus a little tighter. Although I was getting the same thing last night when I wasn't wearing them.

Does anyone get anything similar?

Well, yes, but it ain’t the diabetes in my case🙄

In your case, it could be that the shoes change your posture when walking, and that could be slightly irritating a nerve in the back. It’s not likely to be a coincidence, and should just go away. It could be a score of other things as well, but only worry if it persists or gets worse.

Thanks Mike, I'll keep an eye on it.

I've also noticed that I'm slouching at my desk as I have a foot rest now - so I'm a bit higher. Hopefully someone will be around with some extensions to lift up my screen a bit later.
