I love desserts, and obviously cant have many that often.. but have stop my craving with skinny cow ice creams which are low in fat and are about 20 carbs, also weight watchers desserts are low in fat, and if match the carbs with my insulin my sugar levels are good.. anywhooo do you think they are okay to have coz there is sometimes high contents of sugar in them?
