I notice that recipes are in partnership with Slimming World. I would be looking for recipes not aimed at weight loss. Do you have these? Actually, further, recipes suitable for batch cooking and freezing for later, low in saturated fats.
Many of the recipes that Diabetes UK offer are indeed aimed at people who would like to lose weight. Not all recipes on the DUK website are connected to Slimming World, some are developed internally as I understand it.
However there are forum members who are normal weight, or even underweight, and living with diabetes.
Hopefully some of those may be able to offer you some of their hints and tips?

Many follow a low carb approach which unless you make sure to replace the carbs with enough protein and healthy fats will usually result in weight loss which is what many need to do.
The recipes and meal plans in this link may be suitable for what you need however that will depend on what if any medication you take. https://lowcarbfreshwell.com/
Welcome @jrs2. From your previous posts I understand you have been taking statins for some time. The statins have resulted in you becoming prediabetic. You do not want to lose any weight. Like me at diagnosis, you need to learn to cook your own meals. You are looking for an online cookery course and balanced weekly/monthly meal plans, designed to avoid waste of perishables, that will restore your glucose and cholesterol levels to normal.
What I suggest you do is:
Go to this link to read a sample of the Caldesi's Reverse your diabetes cookbook. It's applicable to pre-diabetes and highly recommended by other members of this forum with rudimentary culinary skills (hope they will excuse the slur) who have used it to achieve remission.
Scroll down to Jenny Phillips' article the Power of Food and see if it makes sense to you.
If it does visit Jenny's website to explore the online consultations she offers.

Do you have a slow cooker? I throw chopped veggies, a tin of chopped tomatoes, and skinledd boneless chicken thighs or diced beef in mine. 6-8 hours later, 4-6 meals ready. Even easier, I use a pack of Waitrose soffrito mix so I dont even have to prepare the veggies.
