I want to lose a few pounds and get to below 42 hba1c. Can anyone give me a diet programme that I can follow? I've been doing my "own thing " for a couple of years now and have lost weight and reduced from 44 to 42 but feel I need to follow a more structured eating plan.

Thanks so much. I have downloaded the lowcarb freshwell app. It has lots of info on low carb every day foods. I always have porridge for breakfast with no sugar almond milk which has no effect on my blood sugars so I will continue with that. But cut out potatoes pasta rice and obviously cakes chocolate etc and as much processed food as I can. I can do this!
