I've recently come across a rather fab website called Chronic Babe, which is a web resource for young women with chronic illnesses. They've recently opened a forum with various groups, etc.

There's a group on there called Diabetic Babes as well, which I'm a part of. It looks like it's going to be quite a good community if you fancy giving it a look 🙂
