When NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group?s (HMR CCG) governing body meets on Friday 20 September members will be wearing jeans to support national Jeans for Genes Day.

Jeans for Genes Day raises money for Genetic Disorders UK and aims to change the world for children with genetic disorders. To find out more, visit www.jeansforgenesday.org.

The public is invited to attend the monthly governing body meetings, where official business is discussed and formal decisions are made about everything from policies to which health services will be commissioned.

Public questions are welcome and can either be submitted through the website (www.hmr.nhs.uk, under ?about us?, then ?governing body meetings?) or asked during the open questions slot at beginning of the meeting.
