Why do so many people tell others that drinking a lot of water helps lower their BG readings?
I am genuinely mystified by this. I am now 73, been diabetic since 2016. I can tell you all that since the mid 1980s I have drank between 2 and 3 litres of water every single day, and continue to do so. It is just part of my life whether I would have been type 2 or not.
So, what am I missing, and has it been medically proven, it makes no difference to my readings or my HbA1c?
