reading of 5.4 when I got up this morning, which is around normal for me

Usual breakfast of overnight oats and berries, normal reading 2 hours later between 6 and 7

Mowed the lawn after breakfast, old fashioned push mower.

came in to take my reading and it was 4 !!! an hour later it was 5.6

Have never had a reading that low, would the exercise have made that much difference?

Or morris dancing.

Absolutely! This is my 15 min walk after dinner
