Found this on the net, if you know any better ones, please add.
It lets you put all the ingrediants down and then gives you the values. It may not be 100% but its better than nothing

I put all my favorite recipes into Mastercook 11 (just downloaded it) and it does the calcs for you and you can add new ingredients as well. There are other programs that do it as well.

I like spark people and do lots of baking. mainly with low carb flours (almond, coconut or soyflour) It tastes great and carb content is very low. have a look at my blog

Another blog i would recommend is http://www.elanaspantry.com/. Its gluten free, not diabetic but they dont use flour so its low carb as well.
