Hi All,
Just had my blood test results back and ..... I'm delighted and wanted to tell someone/anyone/everyone 🙂

HbA1c has dropped from over 100 to 52.
LDL cholesterol has dropped to within normal limits (below 1.7).

I've stuck to a low-carb, very low sugar diet. Exercised more. Cut out alcohol. Taken my meds as per my diabetes nurse.
And .... it seems to have worked!
Now comes the "fun" part of maintaining it. And working on my angina.

So I'm officially happy today 🙂
Thanks for the support and info from this site xxxxx
