Relationship to Diabetes

Sometimes, it feels like walking on water
One can just feel yourself glide
Sometimes you are walking through mud
Not too bad you are still going by.

Sometimes you feel like walking through treacle
Or an extremely thick soup
You need extra tough boots to go this this one
Your steps feel quite slow
But go through you must
Step by step one at a time
What is more important is that you
come out at the other side

You might need support, you might need advice
Guidance can be a plus
Just remember to help other too
No person is an island
Just hang on in there
Nothing lasts forever, good times or bad

you summed up the way I feel sometimes nicely.
