Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
I have been type 2 for several years mainly in denial
I now feel the time to start thinking about how to manage better.
I have to work 2 weeks of nights and when on theses struggle with over eating and when should I take my tablets.

I guess it depends on when you usually take your tablets ie with which meals, plus what hours you are working at night / how many days per week? What facilities for food at work? Do you have to take your own food? Any facilities eg microwave, fridge, kettle?

I do waking nights, but I'm on insulin, not tablets so afraid I can't help with that. I test regularly throughout the night and need to eat carbs between 2&4am or I go low. For snacks I nibble on a mixture of cold meats, fish or cheese and Brazil nuts.
