I had blood taken yesterday ready for my hospital appointment on the 5th May, this included a HbA1c test and a full blood count. And now I am playing the waiting game for the results to go online. I hope they will go onto my patient record online as they were done at my GP surgery! If not I will be in suspense for another 2 weeks!
I'm compiling lists, questions and printouts ready for my appointment.

Hope you get the results through soon Stitch, it will be interesting to know what they are, in view of your past results not appearing to reflect your fingerprick numbers.

Fingers crossed stitch

They're usually on within 2 days I've found Stitch and I have the lot done every 12 weeks (not Hb but everything else).
If you can get access to them online you might be able to see them tomorrow unless your area is much slower.
Fingers crossed I'm raising a birthday drink to you getting answers on the 5th!

They are usually online in 1-2 days where I am, Im just hoping that even though its a hospital request for them, they go online.

Mine are always hospital requests Stitch but here they're a shared database so should be hun. In a way it would almost be a blessing if the Hb result reflected the concerns you have instead of lulling the medics into a false sense of satisfaction! 🙄

I had bloods on Tuesday morning and they were on line this morning- didn't check before now. Didn't realise on mydiabetesmyway you could put in a food diary

Just had a look at the site, I wish we had something like that down here.

I hope you get your results online soon. Mine were on later the following day. But they were GP requests. I've had hospital bloods done in the past and they don't appear at all. Everything crossed for your appointment. Soon be here.

@Stitch147 - I've just checked. The bloods I have had requested by the hospital Endo don't appear on my record online, but I do have a phone number to call his secretary for the results next day, so that we both have the data before any subsequent discussions.

Fingers crossed for you.

God - I wish they did it here too. It's so DAMNED frustrating only having a 2 hour slot once a week where you can telephone the GP surgery to get them - and an absolute wonder if you can actually get through. Pete's got an ear infection and he's tried to get through to them today to make an appointment - can't even get through.

He's actually jumped in the car and driven there now. It's such a pain!

Hope the results come in soon stitch for you x

My mum has her blood test results sent to her but mine aren't, as far as I'm aware we don't have an online service here.
Good luck @Stitch I hope the results come up soon.
