Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Just wondering if it is OK to take a cod liver oil capsule on a daily basis as I have Type2 diabetes. I seem to remember seeing somewhere that it was not advisable.

Not advisable? Type two is the inability to deal with carbs - cod liver oil - is an oil - can't see the problem myself.
Do you remember any of the argument against it?

Welcome to the forum.
They recommend we eat oily fish around twice a week, so I see no problem with cod liver oil.
