Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
I was in the large Boots at the Westlife Centre, London, earlier today and saw this product. I looked at the box out of curiosity; it says something like "it is important for diabetics to get the right balance of vitamins and trace minerals" -- which is self-evident, but is there really any benefit from those coming from an expensive (probably overpriced -- over ?10 for a small box) supplement, rather than just eating healthily?

I suspect that the name is a portmanteau of "diabetes" and "one born every minute"...

You'll find all you need in a nutritionally balanced diet, if you don't think this is enough then buy a cheap multivitamin instead of this overpriced product.

I agree, another product pandering to people's fears about diabetes, like diabetic chocolate, and charging a mark up.
