I have not been able to get victoza for over 12 months and had dr saying my bmi is not higher enough to prescribe an alternative. They put me on gliaazidr which I made it clear I wasn’t happy about as I have hypos. I coukdnt get saxenda at the time either as also out of stock. Where do I stand as weight is creeping on and I feel awful on gliclazide and there is tulicity which is for diabetes not just weight loss.

Welcome to the forum. Some medications have been problematic as they have been unobtainable and even alternatives are in short supply.
Gliclazide is a medication which encourages the pancreas to produce more insulin so hypos can be a problem if people are not getting the amount of carbs they have in balance with the medication.
How do you otherwise manage the condition diet wise and exercise and what is your HbA1C as that indicates what treatment regime is going to be suitable. Have you made any dietary changes to help reduce blood glucose as that should help you with weight loss.
There may be alternatives to the gliclazide if it is really not suiting you so you should speak to your diabetic nurse or GP.9*
