Bought 2×50 test strips from Amazon along with a mains lead for something else. It was delivered to one of those machines where you put a code in to collect the parcel.
Opened parcel to find mains lead but NO test strips. Amazon says they'll credit my account so I can repurchase them. Says it'll take a couple of hours..... still waiting!
Not sure if it's just me but felt kinda guilty when speaking to the rep despite the test strips genuinely not being in the box!
 
check that they are not tucked into the corner of the box. I complained that some needles had not been delivered with other items - and got an immediate online refund - but then discovered them under the by now collapsed box that had got wet in the rain, ready for the binmen, also in their own soggy box!

For the number of parcels they pack and send every day in a way I guess it’s surprising errors don’t happen more often.

Still frustrating for you though :(
