Went to apply the Dexcom One sensor to my arm last night and it fell out of the applicator . I can't use the sensor now. Fortunately it was the spare one that they sent and said I could keep.

Spoke to a guy in technical support at Dexcom who said the orange tag on the sensor applicator shouldn't be removed until the applicator is on the skin.

I didn't realise this although removed it before applying the first sensor to my abdomen without it falling out of the applicator. He said it doesn't happen every time. Just my luck but they are sending out a replacement foc even though I didn't pay for it in the first place (they told me to keep the extra transmitter and sensor). Very impressed with the customer service.

Good customer service but if you read the instructions or watch the videos on application this is covered there. Might be worth rereading or rewatching to make sure you’ve understood all the steps?

They have sent the wrong sensor. I'm using Dexcom One but they have sent me a G6 sensor. Thought they would have checked my account from my original order. Not sure if my receiver will work with it on unless I am wrong.

Going to have to call them tomorrow ( they are open 7.00 am to 1pm Saturday
