Just wondered how much veg you can have with a evening meal. Tonight l am having salmon, & vegetables. Greek soya yogurt, with few blueberries & chopped walnuts. Have changed my diet since finding out at the beginning that l have diabetes type 2. Cut out potatoes, cakes, biscuits, sweets, in fact I didn't have any xmas chocolates, most of them are still there. Drinking lots more water. Always have gone out for a daily walk. Meals served on a smaller plate. I feel l can fill my plate with more veg, but not too sure. Finding the Greek yogurt fills me up as l don't like going to bed hungry. Thanks
