Having a nosey round the Lifescan website I found the following link. It says it's for Healthcare professionals, but the information is relevant for anyone with or knows someone with diabetes.

The leafelts are in PDF format and are short and informative.

Northerner - it even recommends 3-6 Jelly babies for treating a hyp! 😉

listen to wuthering heights really loud on repeat and sing along - repeat until you finally love it.

if that doesn't work, try singing along to 'James and the cold gun'.

If that doesn't work try something more like 'this woman's work' or 'symphany in blue'.

if that doesn't work you should see an ear doctor
