Upgrades from pump+CGM to HCL is officially cost-neutral/cost-saving

That was what I was told by our hospital. Changes had to fit in with the four year cycle of replacement.
Having said that I am getting my new system a couple of months early to fit with their group training.

Well worth focusing on loopable pumps and from my experience I would recommend it. Having said that there are still people perfectly happy with MDI as it works for them. It is a case of finding what works for you.

For those on MDI who want a pump this may help people’s argument for getting one.
 
My last two pumps have been loopable but I turned down a loop. I’d always choose a good loopable pump though in case I change my mind.
