It would be good if there was a cure. Just knowing you have to live with it . Knowing you cant eat certain things makes it a very gloomy diagnosis.
Yes I controlled mine well in summer but having soups and the odd porridge means I am getting back to going the other way in winter.
Christmas is coming and I am dreading keep saying no to lovely food. I might just stY home alone.
To be honest this is so depressing .
To me it’s just another way of hurting us who are obese.
i would rather not know.

I completely understand as I used to feel the same as you. Christmas is a tough time but I have got used to it over the years. However knowledge is power, that's the way I look at it.
