My bloods seem to be holding in the normal range. I think my fasting blood might have gone up a bit, often is 4.9mmol/l. When I had a cold or virus I had some higher readings but it's ok now. I noticed eating fruit in juice does send my blood up quite high, so I've decided to cut that out. I got a reading of about 8 the other day after eating mandarins in pear juice. When I had a cold I got a reading of 10, but the other day after a longer walk after breakfast it was about 5.2 which is much lower than usual.

Sounds like you are making great progress @MarcR 🙂
