Thanks for all of your nice kind words. They really have made me feel better. It's great to have such great, kind friends. Well mom is still having more blood transfusions and lots of tests, including the dreaded camera down throat, but no news of what is happening. I will update tomorrow when I have been to see her. Thanks again all.

I hope that the news is good, thinking of you and your family {{{spiritfree}}}

I hope it all goes well spirit. We areall thinking of you and your mum. Drop by and give us an update if/when you can so we know how you're both doing. *hugs*

Went to see mom tonight. She looks a lot better but very frail. The nurse seems to think she would be better in residential care. Usually she gets upset if we mention this to her but tonight she, almost, agreed to it. She just isn't up to looking after herself anymore, even though she has 4 carers a day and I, and my sister, see her nearly every day. I suppose we must just wait and see what the social worker suggests.

I'm glad to hear that she is looking much better 🙂 If she does decide that a care home is the best thing for her I hope you can find a nice one that is local to you. My Mum was in a similar situation, but is now very happy in her care home 🙂

Sending hugs for you and your Mum and hoping you Mum stays safe and well.
