Update on my Dad

Hi people,

I said I would give you and update, You may remember I told you Dad (84) had been diagnosed T2.

Well after 10 weeks on diet alone, 6 weeks on the X-PERT course, GP has now prescribed Metforim. 1 x 500 at breakfast and after 3 weeks add to that 1 x 500 at evening meal as well.

He is still sleeping the clock round, so I hope the pills will help on that front.

I hope the pills help and he gets his energy back Hazel. My dad is 82 with different problems (psoriasis, shingles, cancer survivor), but he's a tough old cookie. 🙂
