I have definitely become more insulin sensitive since I started taking it....
or maybe sensitivity isnt the right word..my levels seam less stable...going down alot quicker than they normaly would
I know it could be a few other factors..

-had 2 very active days physically (But this effect usually only lasts for a hour or 2 normally so i doubt its that)
- the heat (I know most people say it makes them insulin resistant instead of sensitive but i find the opposite
-today is the frist day of my period..although normally I don't start feeling the worst effects till the end of it..so I doubt it's that)

I've also had some stress and very little sleep..but most people say those make you more insulin resistant not less. Makes me a bit scared as to what I'm gonna be like after a better night's sleep...makes me worried about overnight aswell becuase I'm sure I'm gonna be more sensitive to my long acting aswell.. but my diabetes team made me promise to not ever change my long acting dose without their say so...so my hands are tied

Just letting you guys now what I'm experiencing. I've had a few people say they had no effect on their levels when they took it so..I dunno... just hope deal with it...I kinda feel like I'm fighting for my life trying to avoid lows...
