Update Back To Work

hi everyone i have just returned to work on phase return last week. i never thought i would feel so nervous about going back to the same job after 22 years! settling in quite well, i am doing phase return on days then i can go back on my usual night duty next month. days has really messed me up eating wise because i have to start work very early and it just makes me physically sick if i try to eat so early so i have given up and just ask to go for a break at 9 or 10am and they have been really good with me and are looking after me well. i have just finished a late shift and touch wood i have been ok! hope everyone else is ok.
