Up very early today

Hi Guys,

I was up all night helping my mum and great-aunt pack before seeing them off at Gatwick (6 weeks in Dominica 🙂 🙂

Mood-wise I felt on a downer, I feel a bit better now, however, I am getting there.really tired though.....maybe an afternoon rant

Have a nap now and you might wake up a bit more refreshed. 6 weeks in Dominica!! Are they going to see family? I had enough after 1 week, it was too hot for me 😱

Hi, Yep they are doing the family bit...I think they were practically glowing when we got to Gatwick 🙂 🙂..Yep, that nap is a coming to me like it or not........

How are you feeling now? Hope you had that nap and feel refreshed and better for it. Maybe next time you'll be able to spend six weeks visiting family? I hope your mum and great aunt have a wonderfull time, it will soon pass.

Hi, I am feeling ok thanks, one minute feeling quite good another so-so. I haven't had a full sleep as yet, however I did have some rest and I feel a bit better. I appreciate the forum as it feels like I am talking to people who have been there before. There was a post regarding a dilemma on going back on anti-depressants. They used the exact analysis I did - " I wouldn't dream of ceasing my diabetes medication". I can be stubborn, however, that is me, when issues come up I like to tackle them, although this is a condition............
