I'm testing this out now and finding it quite difficult. Stuff like Lemsip and a lot of sucky sweets have a sugar content (although I think Tunes are sugar free now), but I don't think that the general capsule forms have anything in. Paracetomol and decongestant are ok.
Boil some sugar free lemonade in microwave. Brew a green tea bag in a cup with 1/2 water. Sorry use biggest cup you have. A slice of lemon,fresh ginger a sliver. 1 tsp honey. Mix hot lemonade with your tea, take tea bag out of course. If you take paracetamol with it. Posh Home made lemsip. I swear by it. Hope it helps.
