Had a call 4 weeks ago about this had a phone chat as i have no means of ID but all sorted. All it took was one call asking a few questions like how much did i had in my account what benifits was i getting etc and that was it. i gty my first payment at the end of April i get a lower amount but am protected by a transferance thing
I woud say to anyone whos going to go thew the same its nothing to worry about or be scared of

I have had the letter saying my esa ends and I have to wait now

I have no idea why they are doing it
