Opponents of a trade deal being negotiated between the European Union and the United States have accused the Conservatives and Liberal Democrats of being "isolated" in supporting the proposal.
Unite is campaigning against the so-called Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), warning it would lead to more NHS services being privatised.
The union surveyed MEPs and said Labour, Ukip, the Greens, Plaid Cymru and the SNP opposed the deal.
Only two out of 19 Conservative MEPs responded, while the one Liberal Democrat MEP supported the inclusion of the NHS in the deal, said Unite.
