A health trust in East Yorkshire is preparing to cut more than 30 jobs, according to a union.
Unite said The Humber NHS Foundation Trust planned to cut 34 posts in areas such as mental health.
The trust said it could not confirm the number of jobs being cut but said it was clear posts would go as it needed to make ?10m in savings over the next two years.
Unite said the cutting posts would mean a reduction in front line services.
