Hi. I'm due to have a liver ultrasound on Friday. Do I need to remove pump temporarily or for the day (temporarily switching to long acting)

The info leaflet says I should not eat for six hours and not take insulin except long acting but if I have a pump to seek advice. I am askes my clinic nurse who thought I could continue using it but was a little unsure so I wondered if anyone else has been through a scan
