well oops it is... i had pasta for tea and forgot to multiwave for it...instead did the full bolus😱... again OOOOPS!!... any way i guess the insulin hit quicker than the pasta did and boom huge hypo...the type that makes you chug a whole bottle of lucosade😡 self inflicted... my own airy fairy heads fault

trouble is i can see this causing a few issues later on when the pasta does spike... think im going to be correcting all night :(
 
oops! You could always set a temp basal of say 130% for an hour or so just to help with the later spike.🙂Bev

p.s. if you do a temp basal - make sure you test after it has finished.
