Hi there folks, newly diagnosed type 2, have Pcos since I was a teenager, now progressed to type 2. Been reading up so much my eyes hurt :D

Hi MisFortune, welcome to the forum 🙂 Sorry to hear about your diagnosis :( There certainly is an awful lot of information out there about diabetes some of it good, a lot of it terrible, and some downright dangerous! If there is anything that you are not sure about, then please ask, there are lots of friendly people here who can probably relate! 🙂
