Hi all,

I'll be posting my topic in the general section shortly.

Diagnosed about 3 or 4 years ago with T2, long and short of it is that I'm a mess and need help to get sorted.

Hi Jon Happy New Year and welcome. I see you live in Derby. They have a great diabetic clinic at the Royal Derby Hospital, my son goes there.
