Hi to everyone - I have often visited these forums as a guest and found an answer to most of my questions!
I was put straight onto insulin and inject Novomix30 twice a day. I was allergic to metformin and have struggled over the years to control blood sugars. In 2017 my hbc1a was 117. The latest is 61. My doctor has just prescribed Jardiance so I hope this helps. I hope to report back with positive news.

As promised, I am reporting back on my progress with Jardiance - I have been taking this since early March and my sugars have reduced considerably. Also, it has helped weight loss and I have lost 6kg since starting it. Luckily no side effects. My bloods have been taken today so fingers crossed my hbc1a has reduced.
