A warm hello to you all.

Im Phil, 55 years old, been a diabetic for a few years now, but never really looked into what it is all about (silly really), but I have to decided to read up and look into it some more. I will no doubt have some questions for you all, but will read through a few threads first.

Regards

Welcome, ask away.

Welcome Phil. I know how easy it is to ignore a T2 diagnosis when you feel relatively OK (I did for ages). Happy that you've decided to learn more. You'll find plenty of knowledge and experience on this forum.

Welcome from a fellow T2 who's 20 months in.

Welcome to the friendly forums Phil. Only found them myself few weeks ago and glad I did . Everyone really helpful and willing to share info and experience
