Can anyone tell me if Aldi Forest Fruit Teas are full of sugar & therefore bad for me?

Welcome Etty....

Sorry, don't know that brand but welcome to the group anyway....

Hi. Zero carbs according to my quick google. Welcome to the forum!

A quick Google gives the result 0 carb

As far as I'm aware fruit tea's of all brands are fine xx

It's just so sweet & lovely & someone said it was bad for my diabetes! Xxx

Well Tesco's & Twinings herbal/fruit teas at least have nothing carb or sugar wise so I wouldn't be concerned, apparently Sainsbury's apple and cinnamon does but it's just over 1g so barely worth considering for you xx

Welcome to the forum, I drink fruit teas and have been told they are ok to drink.

Can you tell me if Aldi Forest Fruit Teas full of sugar & bad for type 2 DIABETES?

Best bet is usually to look on the box in the supermarket before you buy them.

Not something I’ve ever bought myself, but this website seems to suggest they contain no nutrition at all (which I think casts some doubt over the entry to be honest!)

Not my scene, but unless the pack says otherwise, I doubt they have any sugar or anything significant in them other than tea and some berry flavouring.
