Type 2 Diabetes - by Dr Charles Fox and Dr Anne Kilvert
'answers at your fingertips'.

A substantial read - but very easy to follow and VERY informative, This book is flaggerd with the Diabetes UK logo, so it is an 'approved' book.

I would recommend it to both new and established Type 2 Diabetics

Approx ?7.00, can't remember exactly - ordered mine from Amazon, delivered within a couple of days.

I believe the duo have written a similar book for Type 1 diabetics too.

Yes, I got the Type 1 version shortly after being diagnosed - very well written.
