Welcome to the forum.
Would you like to tell us a bit more about yourself and your situation. How long have you been diagnosed, what is your HbA1C, are you on any medication and what dietary regime are you following.
Sorry if that sounds like the third degree but it helps people to make suggestions that might help you through the minefield.
Many find that by looking at it as managing the condition rather than controlling it or letting it control you. Finding a balance that suits your life is key to that.
Educating yourself is a what people need to do these days becoming their own expert and you have made a good start by coming here.
The Learning Zone is a good place to start and this link may also give you some ideas for managing your condition with some do's and don'ts and some meal suggestions https://lowcarbfreshwell.co.uk/. It is a low carb approach which many have found successful in reducing blood glucose and losing weight if you need to.

I was diagnosed January 2020 at that time my HbA1C was 50. In June 2020 it went down to 44 and stays at that reading until August 2022 my HbA1C went down to 41. I am on medication but I mainly control my diabetes by diet and exercise. I also lost a significant amount of weight.

Brilliantly well done, I expect you can teach us all something by what you have been doing.
Is there any suggestion of reducing or coming off the medication as your HbA1C is now normal.

I am on reduce medication, at times it fluctuates. The moment I was diagnosed, I completely changed my diet and lifestyle and get to know more about diabetes and how to fight it.
