Back to checking my bloods properly and using an app to track- what’s the optimum number of times to check blood sugar per day ? On waking and two hours after every meal or more or less? Advice welcome

Hi, you’ll want to be testing upon waking, just before you eat and two hours after eating. The meal tests will allow you to see what effects certain foods have on your BG

I am well established now, so only check at the two hour from starting to eat point. As long as it is under 7.5 mmol/l I know that all is well even if I have a dessert.
